Sorcerer currently supports 12 different cloud storage platforms. This group includes AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, Microsoft Azure Storage, Google Drive, and many more.

Data usage is only counted for successful and cancelled file transfers. If a file upload fails, it is not counted towards your usage.

Sorcerer supports any major credit card provider through our payment provider.

Sorcerer supports downloading streams in the HLS and MPEG-DASH streaming protocols. Additionally, specific video, audio, and subtitle streams contained in those formats can be selected to download only your necessary components. Sorcerer does not support downloading live streams.

To use Sorcerer, simply sign up and use our interface to specify URLs to upload. Additionally, you can use our API for a more streamlined experience. Check out our Getting Started tutorial to easily integrate to our platform.

Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time through your account settings page.
